In order for jobs to run smoothly, we ask that you submit your artwork with the following requirements:

• An Illustrator .EPS file laid out at 100% scale.
• Line art and type created in Illustrator.
• Type converted to paths/outline.
• Placed images at 300 DPI (or better).
• No illustrator “special effects” applied.
• Hard copy provided for reference.
• Pantone matches called out on hard copy or in file.
• All colors converted to spot colors

Note: Placing a scanned image (or an image created in another program) into an .EPS, .AI, or .PDF file does not make the file a usable vector file.

If you are not sure if your artwork meets the above requirements, it’s not a problem!  We will assist you and make the adjustments as needed.  Our experienced art department and designers can either create new art or edit any existing art as necessary.  However, art creation and editing is subject to additional costs based on the complexity of the design.
